Trails Momentum outdoor adventures offer the chance to encourage young adults to find themselves in a way that they simply can't in our current, troubled lives. With our adventure therapy program, learners are prepared for each adventure activity's, improving their efficiency in the outdoors and continuing to engage in healthy outdoor pursuits after they transition from the program. Our adventure-based programming offers learners different pathways to support them in developing their abilities and forming new alliances.
